Refunds & Cancellations

GoldenSky Solutions LLC ("GoldenSky", "we", "us", or "our") provides professional marketing services rather than physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Where a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document controls for your engagement.

Monthly retainers

• Retainers are billed in advance for the coming month.
• You may cancel future months at any time with at least 30 days written notice. We will not bill you for months beyond the notice period.
• Because the work for a paid month is scheduled and largely delivered within it, fees for the current month are generally non-refundable once work on that month has begun. You keep all deliverables produced for the periods you have paid for.
• If we have not yet started any work for a newly invoiced month, contact us and we will work out a fair credit or refund.

One-time projects

• Projects such as a Market Snapshot, Competitive Analysis, or Strategy Roadmap are quoted with a scope and payment schedule.
• If you cancel before we begin, any deposit is refundable minus a small administrative fee where applicable.
• If you cancel after work has started, we will bill for the work completed to that point and refund the remainder of any advance payment.
• A paid Strategy Roadmap can be credited toward your first retainer if you continue with us, as described in your proposal.

Advertising spend

Money you allocate to advertising is paid to the ad platforms, not to us, and follows their refund rules. Any unspent ad budget that is under our management will be returned to you or rolled into the next period, as you prefer.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@goldenskysolutions.online with your business name and the engagement you want to change. We will confirm in writing and, where a refund or credit applies, process it within a reasonable time to your original payment method.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with our work, tell us early. We would much rather fix the problem than lose your trust, and we will make a genuine effort to put things right.
